First we determine scope of project. We review inspiration pictures, client wish lists, likes/dislikes and budget. We photograph and measure each space.

We floor plan to create optimal layouts, providing our design renderings in 3D. We can help vet contractors and architect bids, painters, and fabricators. Or we can make recommendations for trusted vendors. We are the design component to the renovations, working with your chosen GC to implement.
In our active design phase, we nail down styles, colors and each specific element in your project. We gather material selections, such as fabrics, wallpaper, tile, metal and wood finishes, paint, and rug swatches.
This mostly behind-the-scenes phase is probably the most important and time consuming! Our team handles the ordering, scheduling, deliveries, installs and inevitable problems. You may not hear from us daily, but rest assured we are working hard to make sure your transformation is progressing.
After all installs and deliveries come in, we provide finishing touches such as flowers, plants, accessories, art. We usually culminate in a photography shoot.
